Vintage Turned Wood Darning Mushroom c1930's

This wonderful and beautifully tactile vintage piece is a turned wood darning mushroom.

Dating to around the 1930's this would have been used for repairing and darning socks and every household would have had one

It measures approximately 4.25" long with the dome approximately 2.5" wide.

In good vintage condition this is a fantastic, useful and very collectable piece to add to your home.
